There are many different times in which investments need to be bought or sold. Often, when a new client transfers in an existing portfolio, there will need to be some changes made to improve the overall performance. Instead of making an arbitrary decision as to when to buy and sell, The DECISION-MAKER ^SM is used to help determine the time that will be most advantageous to the client.
